Digital broadcasting in Nigeria will create 15,000 jobs Lai Mohammed

The switch-over from analog to digital broadcasting in Nigeria will produce 10,000 jobs for Nigerian specialists, and 5,000 for engineers, the Minister for Information, Lai Mohammed, has said current job vacancies in nigeria .

Mr. Mohammed said when the switch-over is carried out, it would allow for a much better transmission of programs, and also manage the country the opportunity to have up to 30 national digital TV stations. Mr. Mohammed said there were only 4 national stations in Nigeria for now.
